How old do you have to be to qualify?

Typically equity release schemes are only available to people over 55 years in age.

Will I have to move out of my house?

Equity release schemes are designed to allow you to continue to live in your home until you either have to move into full time care or you pass away. The sale of the house is then used to settle the loan secured on it.
